Drowning in data with no school improvement

The elhi enterprise is inundated with "data." But the belief that only certain ceremonial data can "drive" "decisions" only begats further additional wishful effort to "link" "data" with "learning."

It would have been helpful if the review had included at least one example of a "technology tool." "Technology" in the sense of "science and technology" is "how to," not free-floating.

More thought is needed.
