|Have you found any trends in Cultural Diversity with various non dominant cultures from areas less recognized within browner races? For example, Florida has a large Caribbean population. Often, these individuals are grouped with African Americans and their cultural validation is lost completely. Basically white washed. |
This has been my personal experience in Florida from teaching and lecturing on assessment and state testing at the Adult Education Center in Palm Beach. Do you have any ideas? I regret I may be the only doctorate that understands this diversity and cultural validation as it relates to motivation and achieving success with passing scores.
