Another Effective Model

Posted By: Gerald Brong on July 2, 2002

Interesting approach to structuring thinking about quality-processes and quality-results in schools, classrooms, and other educational enterprises.

Reading the review took my thinking back to the model offered in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The Baldrige processes bring structure, stakeholder emphasis, assessment, and other important aspects forward.

The use of models providing a frame of reference looks like a useful approach.
