The purposes of this study were to discover the nature of disturbing behavior in eighth grade boys and girls, and to investigate the relationship of the amounts and kinds of this behavior to certain selected factors in the personalities and backgrounds of pupils, and of similar factors in the personalities and backgrounds of their teachers.
