Dr. Elbert K. Fretwell, associate in scouting and recreational leadership in Teachers College, has been appointed by the American Red Cross and the Surgeon General of the United States Army to reorganize and supervise the recreational work in the reconstruction hospitals of the Army. In this new work Dr. Fretwell will visit all of the reconstruction hospitals in the United States.
