Preliminaries to a Theory of Cultural Differences

In this section we will review a body of data and theory which controverts the contention of intellectual deficits between minority group children and their "more advantaged" peers, casts doubt on the conclusion that a deficit exists in minority group children, and even raises doubts as to whether any non-superficial differences exist among different cultural groups.
