Commentary on Girls, Boys, Test Scores and More

Will increased test scores improve the status of women in American society? In this commentary I will suggest that improved test scores do not signal that gender equity has been achieved. A review of the most-recent statistics shows that there is much work to be done before we achieve a gender-equitable society.
