Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education and Development

The Asia-Pacific Journal of Teacher Education and Development (APJTED) is an international refereed journal dedicated to theory development, empirical research, policy formulation, and practical improvement in teacher education, staff development, and teaching. It is published biannually with articles in English or Chinese. The Journal is one of the major publications of The Hong Kong Institute of Education, one of the largest teacher education institutions in the Asia-Pacific region whose mission is to become an internationally recognized centre of excellence for research and development in teacher education specifically and education generally. The Journal receives and reviews papers throughout the year. Potential contributors are teacher educators, educational researchers, scholars, school practitioners, policy analysts, educational planners, program developers, education inspectors and professional development consultants in the local, regional, and international communities.
