International Journal of Inclusive Education
The International Journal of Inclusive Education provides a strategic forum for international and multi-disciplinary dialogue on inclusive education for all educators and educational policy-makers concerned with the form and nature of schools, universities and technical colleges.
Papers published are original, refereed, multi-disciplinary research into pedagogies, curricula, organizational structures, policy-making, administration and cultures to include all students in education.
The journal extends beyond enrollment to successful participation which generates greater options for all people in education and beyond.
International Journal of Inclusive Education aims to:
provide an international medium for the publication of discussions of conceptual and methodological issues concerned with inclusive education across all school, higher education, technical and further education settings;
provide a forum which brings together, rather than fragments, the consideration of the interactions of pedagogies, educational policy-making and administration, curricula and school organizational culture with race, ethnicity, class, gender and disabilities;
provide a forum for international reporting on inclusive educational practices and research reports across a range of educational settings which promote equity and social justice for those groups and individuals 'at risk' of being marginalized on the basis of their gender, race, class, ethnicity or disability.
