Education Development Center E-mail Author SARAH RYAN is a researcher in the Research, Evaluation and Policy unit at the Education Development Center. With an interest in how practice and policy contribute to, but might also ameliorate, inequities in educational processes and outcomes among youth, Ryan’s research spans multiple disciplines including the sociology of education, higher education, and educational policy. Ryan’s recent publications include articles in the Community College Journal of Research and Practice (2015) and the Journal of Hispanic Higher Education (2016).
