    JAMES P. HUGULEY is a doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education whose research centers on the roles of race and class phenomena in the social organization of schools. James is a former middle school teacher and nonprofit director. He received his bachelor of arts in English-secondary education from Providence College and his master of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
