Antiquated Curriculum Formats

The application of data management described in this article holds out great promise for teaching and learning. The problem, however, is both the curriculum materials in our schools and our traditional stand and deliver teaching models do not align with the kinds of learning activities that work well with this kind of data management. Few classrooms in America use gaming activities, scenarios, stories, which provide the platform for analyzing problem solving patterns of students. Unfortunately, students today are still doing all the odd questions on page ___and answering five questions at the end of the chapter.
