|On the identification of children it sounds like you need to become familiar with the federal law - FERPA. If you identify the institution and then children (by using any number less than 10) who achieve something, they can be identified and they can be put at risk. Children are, quite rightly, protected from that risk by law. In my opinion, and the opinion of all the lawyers I have consulted with, that federal law has been broken. There are simple guides to understanding FERPA that you can probably find if you are able to do a web search.|
