If I'm looking at the right calendar, we're completing the 2005-06 school year. The "example" ends with the 2001-02 school year. That would make the "news" is four years old. There is little in the "Framework" to distinguish it from the "Frameworks" used by school districts all over the country--same test theory, same test genres, same aspirations.
How about telling us something that we don't already know, guys?
