Standard-base Reform and dropout rates

|I am interested in studies regarding student dropout rates in schools that have implemented standard-based curriculum, assessment, and accountability measures tied to promotion and retention.|
Currently, I am a beginning doctoral student at the University of Southern California and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for Yolo County Office of Education. I will be studying the effect of standard-based reform on student achievement during the next 2 years as I develop my topic for my dissertation. I am interested in communicating with experts in this field.
