TCR Outreach to Graduate Students

Hello TCR Board:
I think this new initiative of outreach to graduate students and even K-12 is a wonderful idea--the whole idea is creative and emerges from, and in unison with, what education means in a democracy.
My question is perhaps premature; however, have you thought about editorial considerations yet? Assuming you won't take everything that comes in, on what basis are you going to decide what is and is not acceptable?
