The workshop was originally assumed to be for leadership in businesses (manufacturing & service). It was suggested that process auditing had applicability in public service (government services, including regulator & enforcement programs).
Preliminary exploration seems to confirm that a “risk management” & “process audits” approach when examining challenges specific reducing student dropouts is worth considering. There’s nothing new here except the frames of reference as information is examine & situation intelligence established.
The process is one that comes from the quality-processes & quality-results field. Educators involved with the American Society for Quality have insights into these ideas.
