I know I am only 5 years late in replying. . . but, I would love to see what you produced on this topic.
I am working on a PhD at the University of California, Riverside and my focus is on Principal competency in the arena of teacher evaluation.
I am interested in understanding what are the characteristics, knowledge, and actions of competent principals? What makes a public school pricipal a great teacher evaluator versus a good one?
