In the local community, the youth must be reared and educated. Here the sanctity of the individual must be safeguarded. Here the firm foundations of fine, strong manhood and womanhood must be laid. Here must be inculcated and practiced the fundamental principles of a free people. Here the unfettered school, working with the home and church, can best play its part.
