Research in Household Arts: More About Ice Cream

This study was undertaken to determine what modifications might be made to produce a more acceptable ice cream in the mechanical refrigerator. It is hoped that the results which have been obtained will find an application in the teaching of cookery and will be of interest to homemakers also.
