The Professional Training of the Hospital Dietitian

This study included a survey of certain aspects of academic training of the hospital dietitian in institutions of collegiate rank in the United States which in 1931-1932 were offering courses in home economics toward the baccalaureate degree. The study offers a measurement of such training by the standard suggested by the American Dietetic Association for the same year.
