Problems of Students in a Graduate School of Education

This study is one part of a larger piece of research conducted by an urban graduate school of education for the purpose of ascertaining whether its personnel program was meeting the needs of its students. It is based on the assumption that mature students, such as those considered in this study, can and do recognize their own problems, and that students' statements of problems should be one of the bases used in the formation or extension of an institution's personnel program.
