    LISA LUCAS is an educational innovator who brings decades of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, and consultant to her current role as an associate professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Her experience includes work as an educator in public, private, parochial, and preschool settings. As a teacher educator, she has developed mindfulness and stress-reduction strategies specifically for teachers. She is currently providing workshops to foster social emotional intelligence for both educators and students from pre-k through higher education.
