The Attacks on the Rugg Books

I HAVE SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME during the past summer analyzing the recent attacks on the Rugg books at the request of the editors of FRONTIERS OF DEMOCRACY. In this work I have been assisted by three graduate students. In this task we have had access to much material in the form of clippings from newspapers, magazine, articles, pamphlets and bulletins, and some correspondence. We have endeavored to be as objective as possible.
