- Dale Mann
Teachers College, Columbia University Dale Mann entered the labor workforce at fourteen and later worked his way through the University of California at Berkeley as a construction worker and a bartender. During the Johnson Administrator he worked for the U.S. Office of Education and the (former) Bureau of the Budget. A fellow in Human Resources Development at the Community Service Society, Mr. Mann is also professor of and chairman of the department of educational administration at Teachers College, Columbia University.
