    DAVID NGUYEN is an assistant professor of Urban Education Leadership & Policy and adjunct professor of law at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). His research and teaching examines law and policies that impact marginalized populations. His work has appeared in Educational Policy, Education Policy Analysis Archives, Education Law Reporter, and a number of various law reviews. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana, North Dakota, and Texas.
