    SUSAN BRONDYK, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at Hope College, Holland, Michigan (USA) where she teaches undergraduate preservice teachers. As the Associate Director of Launch into Teaching at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan (USA) she works with mentors and instructional coaches to support beginning teachers in struggling urban districts. Dr. Brondyk’s research examines mentor preparation at the pre-service and induction level. Most recently she has been studying teacher leaders as change agents.
