Evaluating Extra-Curricular Activities

It was stated in the opening chapter, in which the scope and organization of this Yearbook are outlined, that the committee in charge had set description as the limit of its present purpose—description of current practice and opinion in the field of extra-curricular activities. A chief deterrent to having the present volume comprehend both description and evaluation was, of course, the short period of time covered by the work of preparing the materials included.
