Introduction: Scope and Organization of the Yearbook (Extra-Curricular Activities)

After some deliberation by the committee in charge over the problem of the type of content which should go into this yearbook, it was concluded that, in the present state of knowledge concerning extra-curricular activities, the best that could be done and at the same time the most useful, would be the assembly of materials descriptive of current practice and opinion.
