The General Colleges

Many ways have been, and are being, sought in public universities to develop a teaching and learning environment wherein may be cultivated these many other sides of the human personality. It is the intent to develop young people into vital, sensitive, and awakened persons in order that they may live more richly and, in consequence, serve their society better.
