Feedback Processes in Classroom Groups by Murray Horwitz - 1960In this chapter, I shall elaborate a set of ideas about how to
organize groups in order to insure their continuing development or
learning. These ideas, which were developed by Kurt Lewin, assume
the necessity for making special efforts to keep in touch with
"reality" if group learning is to occur. The principles of group organization,
which are based on this over-all assumption, involve the
