Rehabilitation Programs for Deviant Youth by Joseph D. Lohman & James T. Carey - 1966An examination of the delinquency statistics of the last ten years suggests that the increase in officially recorded offenses is a condition of the emerging metropolitan community. High rates of delinquency have been uniformly associated with dense and heterogeneous populations.
