Exploring New Approaches to Teacher Leadership for School Improvement by Mark A. Smylie, Sharon Conley & Helen M. Marks - 2002We begin with a brief historical review describing the evolution of teacher leadership
since the early 1900s. Then we examine teacher research as a form of
