Northern State University E-mail Author ALAN L. NEVILLE currently serves as an Associate Professor of Education at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. During the past three years he has served as department coordinator and chair. Prior to his time in higher education, Neville spent 10 years as a teacher and high school principal and eight years on active duty in the military.
