Lessons in Intellectual Freedom

Posted By: Jonathan Schiff on October 4, 2002

To the point that "Power, not justice turns the wheels of educationů" I would like to add that conformity and not intellectual excellence assists in turning those wheels.

As an attorney in the public realm, I have dealt with education institutions for more than 20 years on behalf of students and parents. And have become increasingly convinced that more often than not, the institution is in opposition to the very notion of learning.
