cultural context and projective interp

Posted By: Allen Lambert on December 27, 2008

There is not much validity and reliability to interpreting these kind of drawings. Even less than from such projective tests as TAT, Rorschach, etc.

And much of motivation is strongly influenced by cultural context. Is anxiety expected? How is test taking presented? How prepared for? And so on.

And the primary purpose of tests as student motivator is not what I have seen as principal rationale.
