College educators: a method for behavioral feedback from your students.

Posted By: Robert Cavalier on November 5, 2007

I am in the process of revising the Instructor Performance Inventory for use by college faculty over the internet. I originally developed the IPI for use by adult educators in the American Institute of Banking. It has received favorable reviews, but I now need validation data from college instructors. If you are interested in investigating this behavioral approach to teacher self-development please email me your mailing address ( email is OK) and I will send you a copy or copies with a reply form. Thanks, Robert Cavalier, Dana Professor Emeritus of Psychology, Elmira College, 966 West First St. Elmira, NY 14905 rcavalier@elmira.edu
