    ROGER GODDARD is the Novice G. Fawcett Chair in Educational Administration and Professor at The Ohio State University. His research interests include social cognitive theory, efficacy beliefs, organizational theory, school leadership, experimental design, and hierarchical linear modeling. Recent publications have appeared in Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis and the American Journal of Education.
