I have to digest this. Right now I am thinking that the process of assessing the effectiveness of the evaluation would also need to include an assessment of teacher effectiveness. Does that make sense? What would be the indcators for effective assessment of the evaluation document? Effective evaluations should yield changes in teaching practice which should lead to changes in student achievement.
I think about logistics also. Would the data be easily obtainable? I wold love to pursue somethin like this in Texas but I just can't get my arms around it.
