Rochester study

Posted By: denise gelberg on March 6, 2002

Dear Dr. Bruggeman,
I wish I had the citation for the University of Rochester study. It's packed away with all my files on the top shelf of the school cafeteria's storage room (I'm on sabbatic this year and my classroom is being used by someone else.)

I do recall that the study was publicized in the popular press, e.g., the Gannett newspapers. I believe the results were published perhaps 4 years ago. The longitudinal study followed kids through middle school. Pediatricians as well as educators were part of the study.

Thanks for a lively cyber discussion!
