Fundamental NCLB Flaws

A law that mandates testing after schools have quit teaching children how to read and have moved on to "literature" and which sets a national goal" which is statistically impossible to meet, while preordaining all schools in the country to eventually be labeled as "failing" is ill-conceived, irrespective of its execution.
