Where are the "performance standards"?

Posted By: Dick Schutz on September 3, 2006

Answer: They don't exist. The "content standards" are there. And the scaled scores on standardized tests are there. The authors make a good point that the committees that imaged the content standards recklessly posited media resources that have not been provided. However, they gloss over the more important point that the performance standards are absent.
