I'm interested to see whether the school collaborative culture has any significant relationship in mediating the effects of leadership on teachers' commitment. Kindly give me references or research that are related to this area. Thank you very much.
2. I'm also interested to know how I could carry out observation in schools pertaining to this area of my study. What type of research methodology and instruments are recommended in this area? Are there any check lists or guidelines out there for me to refer in doing my observation?
