integrated learning not teaching

Posted By: David Wolsk on October 31, 2003

The focus belongs on learning not teaching. Integrated learning occurs in each student's head when they are encouraged and helped with self-directed experiential learning. Individual and small group projects work best. I suggest Ronald J. Newell's "Passion for Learning: how project-based learning meets the needs of 21st Century students" 2003, and the Gates EdVisions sites.
