Training in Fundamentals of Electricity, Machines, Radio, Shop Work, and Automotive Mechanics

High school principals were called together by the superintendent, Dr. Warren E. Bow, and discussed in detail the role of the secondary schools in the war as outlined at the American Institute on Education and the War. The principals were asked to fit the pre-induction program into the eleventh and twelfth grades wherever possible immediately, and to make plans for the expansion of the program for the second semester of the school year.
