Education of the Gifted at the College Level

To grapple with the problems of educating the gifted student in this time of crisis was the prime purpose of the Conference on Education for the Gifted held in December, 1940. The author of this article was commissioned by the seminar to summarize, interpret, and amplify the issues and problems which came up for discussion according to the general plans worked out in advance.
