Organization and Administration of Practice-Teaching in Privately Endowed Colleges of Liberal Arts

The small liberal arts colleges are trying for various reasons to improve their teacher-preparation program. They find that one of the greatest difficulties is the organization and administration of practice-teaching. Many schools not now offering practice-teaching are planning to add such a course in the near future. The purpose of this study is to suggest definite proposals that this group of schools can use in making the needed improvement in the practice-teaching work.
