Public Education in Mexico by Jose' Manuel Puig Casauranc — 1926I WISH to begin this address by expressing my sincere thanks to Dr. Nicholas Murray Butler, President of Columbia University, and to Doctor William F. Russell, Associate Director of the International Institute of Teachers College, for this opportunity to present to you and through you to the American people the work that is being done or planned for by the Government of President Calles in connection with public education in Mexico.
