Doctor of Education Project Reports: Development of a Report on Certain Practices of Financially Favored Schools

The purpose of this project was to coordinate and otherwise assist a committee of sixteen teachers and administrators from the Metropolitan School Study Council in their efforts toward the development of a report on the newest practices in teaching the basic fields of knowledge.
