    DORINDA CARTER ANDREWS is associate dean of equity and inclusion and an associate professor of teacher education in the college of education at Michigan State University. Her research broadly focuses on issues of racial equity and justice in education. Her recent publications include an article on humanizing pedagogy in teacher education (in TCR) and a collective piece on the challenges with core practices in teacher education (in JTE).
